Welcoming the Queen to YouTube
At age 81, Queen Elizabeth II is contunuing to embrace new forms of communication and technology. The queen will be using YouTube to send out her 50th annual Christmas message. She has been delivering the message to England and its colonies since 1957.

Viacom Takes Another Stab At Google
Viacom announced today that they would not longer have their online ads served by DoubleClick, and have instead signed a 5-year deal to have their ads served by Microsoft on their recently acquired Atlas network. The deal represents another win for Microsoft in the online ad wars.

‘Jackass 2.5′
Paramount is planning to take “a radical departure from the traditional movie business model” when it releases Jackass 2.5 on the internet and later on DVD, skipping any form of a theatrical release.
